Reduced Sentence for Appeal

Posted on October 1, 2019 at 4:50 PM

Tough and tenacious, Ms. Helms noted an appeal for a client and in Circuit Court the client received a reduced sentence for charges of driving on a suspended operator's license when a certified ignition interlock was required, VA Code § 18.2-272.  Violating court order when convicted of a DUI/DWI can result in fines, incarceration and an extended period of operator license suspended.  The result in this case was a win!

Thank you a lot for providing individuals with a very brilliant possiblity to read articles and blog posts from this blog. It's usually so great and jam-packed with a lot of fun for me personally and my office mates to visit your website particularly 3 times every week to study the newest tips you have got. Not to mention, I'm just always pleased considering the great thoughts you serve. Certain 2 points in this posting are in reality the very best I've had.
